Accounting And Financial Management Service Tilityy offers customers two different pricing models. Most commonly choosen is a service package, for which you pay a fixed monthly price that normally includes everything and there is not extra fees per a receipt or entry. Service package customers pay separately for any extra work and services such as receipt processing service and settlement services. Another pricing model available for Tilityy's customers is a price-per-an-hour-based financial management service, where the price paid by the customer is based on the time used to the customer's accounting. Tilityy monitores the used time using a customer-specific monitoring application. In the price-based model, the price you pay as a customer varies from month to month. Service packages

At the beginning of the cooperation, Tilityy agrees with the customer on a service package that includes the needed accounting and financial management services. When choosing a service package, in addition to the desired services, the monthly number of vouchers means. The prices of service packages for operators whose accounting base period is for example a quarter or semiannual are comparable to the monthly packages presented, taking into account the number of receipts.


Digital accounting

Service packages offered by Tilityy include, at no additional cost, the processing of electronic materials, which the customer delivers to the accounts using an easy download service provided by Tilityy. Proseccing of accounting materials is a particularly safe option that significantly reduces the storage space required and saves the environment.



Paper receipts in use?

It is still easier for many to provide traditional paper receipts to the accountant. Tilityy processes all kinds of documents with a high expertise, regardless of their form. When agreeing on cooperation, mention the wish to provide paper documents and it is notified in the Assignment Agreement and it is agreed whether the paper receipts digitized by Tilityy are returned to the customer after they have been processed. In any case, as a customer, you will also receive an digital archive of the accounting materials.

 

New customer startup fee

At the beginning of the cooperation, Tilityy will establish new customers in the necessary financial management software and registers. The invoiced new customer startup fee is paid only once at the beginning of the cooperation and its price is 76,61 euro (incl. VAT 0 %), including the establishment of a new customer in financial management systems according to the service package, creation of material delivery channels and opening of bookkeeping.

 

Customer identification and responsible person reporting tasks required by law

The law obliges operators providing accounting and financial management services to identify and know their clients. The aim is to prevent the black market and money laundering, as well as the financing of terrorism. In addition, accounting companies up-to-date report the persons in charge of companies to the Trade Register.

Most commonly Tilityy does extra work in identifying and knowing a customer and responsible person reporting at the beginning of the cooperation and once a year. However, the Tilityy has an obligation to react to all "person in charge changes" and to make the required notifications. Tilityy invoices the customer for these tasks based on the used working time.

 

Basic hourly price for accounting work
As an alternative to fixed-price service packages, Tilityy offers the opportunity to acquire financial management services with a pricing based on the used working hours. In addition can be some reportings required by law, for which the customer is invoiced based on used working time. The basic hourly fee for these tasks is 52,42 euro (incl. VAT 0 %).

Tilityy's fixed service package pricings is based on materials provided by the customer following the instructions given by Tilityy. Additional work, such as the customer's separate orders, correction of an error caused by an fault in the materials provided by the customer, consulting, settlement work and necessary corrections to made reportings is invoiced separately based on the used working time.

Financial statement and tax reporting services

A separate one-time fee is charged for the preparation of a financial statement and annual reporting, which includes making the necessary accounting entries and preparing the financial statement and tax report documents. Usually, the financial statement and the tax reporting are purchased as a package, for which the one or two month service package price is charged. Customers that have chosen a price-per-an-hour-based pricing are invoices for services based on the used working hours.


The financial statement is prepared on the basis of accounting and other material concerning the customer's finances at the end of the financial year. The financial statement service includes the balance sheet and income statement delivered digitally or on paper to the customer and, if required, the delivery of government copies (appendices to the tax return). In some situations, there may be a need for partial or complete interim financial statement. The cost of preparing it is agreed on a case-by-case basis and is based on the cost of preparing the basic financial statement.
